Order Processing

​Order processing may take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

if you place an order online, please allow your method of payment to be charged and cleared for processing. Please review your order, quantity of items, and shipping information carefully before submitting purchase.  Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed and cannot be changed for any reason.

 For any reason that bundles or wigs are not in stock, pre-orders can still be arranged. Contact us via email (tresseskle@gmail.com) to pre-order. Please allow 4-7 business days all pre-orders.

 Cash is only accepted if the customer opts to pick the hair up in person. Pick-ups must be arranged 24 hours in advance.
